I had a really positive experience at this shop! I took my car in for an oil change and tire check, and the staff was not only professional but also approachable. They explained everything clearly and didn't pressure me into any upsells. While the service took a little longer than I expected, I appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. The mechanic took the time to inspect additional components and found a small issue with my tire pressure, which I would have never caught myself. The waiting area had a nice selection of magazines and coffee, which made the wait enjoyable. I think they could improve on their estimated wait times, but the quality of service made it worth it. I was really nervous about finding a reliable place to get my car serviced, but this auto repair shop made it so easy! The team was super helpful and knowledgeable. One small suggestion would be to have a clearer sign in the waiting area about the estimated time for service, but other than that, everything was fantastic!
